KRUNGTHEP BRIDGE
The 350.80 m. Krungthep Bridge opened on June 25, 1959 was the second bridge to be built across Chao Phraya River, following Puttayodfa or Memorial Bridge. Apart from facilitating comunication across the Chao Phraya, the bridge can be opened to allow the passage of ships along the river. |
