Pattaya is located between Amphoe Bang Lamung and Amphoe Sattahip. This important tourist area has three kilometers of beach and provides access to the islands of Koh Lan, Koh Khrok, Koh Phai, and Koh Sak. Highlights
Ao Wong Phra Chan: Ao Wong Phra Chan is a one kilometer crescent shaped beach. This section of Pattaya is relatively quiet and offers a good place to swim.

break from the chaos of Pattaya Tai. Many locals come here to fish from shore or swim in the warm waters.
Pattaya Tai: Pattaya Tai is the bustling section of Pattaya. Here, you can enjoy the many large, more opulent accommodations, a busy beach with messages and food, shopping malls, and the nightlife which has made Pattaya internationally famous.
The Pattaya Hills: The Pattaya Hills are located atop the vista between Pattaya Tai and Had Chom Thian. From atop the hills you can overlook the city. In the evening, the entire area below is lit up by the many lights of the town.
Koh Lan: Koh Lan is an island located seven and a half kilometers from Pattaya Bay. At the Pattaya Pier, you can charter a boat to take you here or any of the other islands in the area. At Koh Lan, you will find clean beaches and crystal clear water.
How to Get There From Chonburi, take Highway 3 and pass Amphoe Bang Lamung. Continue driving until you reach kilometer marker 144. Turn here if you are going to Pattaya Nua. At kilometer markers 145 and 146, you will be led to Pattaya Klang. If you continue to kilometer marker 147, you will reach Pattaya Tai. Regardless of the turnoff you take, all roads lead to the coastal road.
